Photography: Something/Nothing
Students were instructed to create images that do one of the following:
1) brings the viewers' attention to something that wouldn’t normally be noticed,
2) explores the “abstract” view of an everyday object, or 3) gives new context to a mundane object.
The examples below were made to support a project lead by the Environmental Studies department
called "Nature Up North." We specifically focused on the natural lands behind the school for this
project, in order to highlight the unnoticed natural spaces of our own backyard.
